  24.   o Configurable MUI Preferences Window and icon tooltypes.
  25.   o All settings are saved and loaded from the icon tooltypes.
  26.   o The background color and eye color are automatic allowing it to look
  27.     as though the eyes are attached to the screen's title bar or you
  28.     can choose it's colors.
  29.   o The eyes can be auto-centered on the title bar or be located
  30.     anywhere on the screen.
  31.   o There are two eye sizes.  You may choose between the two or let the
  32.     program determine which best fits your public screen title bar.  The
  33.     larger eyes were designed to be used with 11 point fonts.
  34.   o You can choose the public screen in which Pointer Eyes appears on.
  35.   o If the mouse isn't moved for a while, the eyes will go to sleep, and
  36.      periodicaly peek out at you.
  37.   o The eyes will blink at random intervals.
  38.   o The eyes are rolled periodically.
  39.   o Monitors the system preferences files, allowing the WB screen to be
  40.     closed/reopened if system preferences are changed.
  41.   o You can lock the window in place so you don't accidentlly grab it.
  42.   o The eyes can stay behind, infront of all windows or just float.
  43.   o The eyes can follow you around to the front most or active public screen.
  44.   o Low task priority of -2, so it doesn't get in the way of other tasks.
  45.   o Load/Save settings to icon Tooltypes. Or reset to defaults.

  52.      The eyes now will jump to no other screens, the front most public
  53.        screen, or the current active public screen automatically.
  54.      The eyes will stay behind, in front, or just float in the window layers.
  55.      Added tooltype FOLLOWSCREEN.
  56.      Added tooltype WINDOWLAYER.
  57.      Completely removed the pulldown menus.
  58.      If you have MUI, you can use an MUI preferences window, otherwise you
  59.        must use the tooltypes for the settings.
  60.      Eyes follow frontmost screen is now the default.
